Chef Francois Maeder of Crumpets Restaurant & Bakery will be hosting a special vintner dinner on September 16, 2011, at 7 p.m. French country premier vineyards will be showcased at this event.

Some of the best wines in the world come from France because it is the oldest region where wine is produced. Their history of winemaking dates back to Roman times. Many factors contribute to the final outcome of French wine, such as the climate, time of harvesting, terroir, and period of fermentation. This is an opportunity to sample a variety of French country wines from different vineyards paired with an amazing menu.
