The San Antonio Express-News interviewed Chef Francois Maeder who explained what it takes to thrive for 35 years as a restaurant in San Antonio.

Chef Francois Maeder of Crumpets Restaurant & Bakery will be hosting a special vintner dinner on Friday, August 26, 2011, at 7 p.m. The Trivento tasting event will feature five exquisite wines from the Trivento Premier Vineyard in Mendoza, Argentina, and will be paired with a full gourmet menu by Chef Francois.

Chef Francois Maeder of Crumpets Restaurant & Bakery will be hosting a special vintner dinner on September 16, 2011, at 7 p.m. French country premier vineyards will be showcased at this event.
